ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Event Registration Demo
March 15, 2022

  1. Registration has to be made online at the GACPA website through the link https://convention.gacpa.com.ph
  2. INDIVIDUAL or GROUP registration is allowed. For purposes of registration, a payment for the account of two or more participants shall be regarded as Group Registration.
  3. Group Administrator. Each group is required to designate an administrator (may or may not be a participant) who will perform the one-time online registration for all the members of the group.
  4. Individual or members of the group must provide the required information upon registration. Each participant should have access to the nominated email account, where the links to the Event will be sent.
  5. Proof of Payment. Scanned copy of proof of payment (with name of participant and contact number) is required to be uploaded upon registration, such as:

    1. Deposit Slip with bank validation;
    2. LDDAP/ADA with bank validation;
    3. Online Bank-to-Bank Fund Transfer Confirmation or email notification confirming successful bank fund transfer;
    4. GACPA Official Receipt.

  6. Payment Options. The following are the payment options:

    1. Thru Over-the-Counter (OTC) Transaction: Cash/ Check/ LDDAP/ ADA deposit/ payment.
      Deposit at: Any branch of Land Bank of the Philippine
      Account Name: GACPA, Inc.
      Account Number: LBP SA 0581-1560-22

    2. Thru Online Banking or Mobile Banking App Transfer.
      Recipient Account: LBP SA# 0581-1560-22
      Recipient Account Name: GACPA, Inc.

    3. Pay Direct. The participant can also pay directly at the GACPA National Office at Rm. 240 Union Square Condominium, 15th Avenue, Cubao Quezon City.

  7. Registration Fee. Registration Fee is One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php1,500.00) per participant for 2-days.
  8. Registration Deadline. Registration will be accepted until June 6, 2022. Register early as there will be no extension of deadline.
  9. Registration Confirmation. After completing the online registration, the individual registrant or the designated administrator will receive two (2) emails, as follows:

    1. 1st Email. The first email is to acknowledge receipt of the online registration, subject to verification of uploaded proof of payment; and
    2. 2nd Email. After verification of the proof of payment, the participant will receive the second email, which confirms the registration and contains the Ticket.

  10. Link to the Event. Link to the Technical Session is unique per registrant. It will be sent to his/her nominated email address at least a day before the Event. Only pre-registered participants will be sent the link.
  11. Participants must have a stable internet connection during the event.
  12. Participants must access the links to the Event before its actual start.
  13. Certificate of Appearance. Certificate of Appearance will be sent to participant’s nominated email address after the Technical Sessions.
  14. Certificate of Attendance. Issuance of the Certificate of Attendance with CDP unit is subject to active participation during the Event. Participants must answer all posted Poll Questions during the Technical Sessions and accomplish the Evaluation Sheet at the end of the Sessions.

    Certificate of Attendance will be sent to participant’s nominated email address upon receipt of the result of the validation by the PRC CPDAS of the participant’s compliance on the submission of Poll Questions and Evaluation Sheets. Only pre-registered participants will be included in the list of participants for validation of PRC-CPDAS.

  15. Official Receipt. Original Official Receipt will be mailed to participant’s Agency mailing address with Zip Code, as indicated in the registration form.
